- Heat the sesame oil in a saucepan and sauté the garlic, ginger and chilli.
- Meanwhile, clean the plums and cut them into small pieces.
- Add the plums and soya sauce to the saucepan and cook for 20 minutes. Stir frequently.
- Blend the sauce before serving. If needed, thin out with water and season with rice wine vinegar.
